
1. open the bag and take out the air-dried chicken and wash it with warm water. 2. drain the water.
2. Drain the water, cut the chicken into pieces and put a few ginger slices on the chicken pieces.
3. Steam the chicken in a steamer for 40 to 45 minutes (or in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes). Remove from the steamer and allow to cool slightly, sprinkle with chopped spring onion and serve.
